Join the DC Illini as we take a free one-hour walking tour of the Library of Congress's Thomas Jefferson Building to hear about the historic building and learn about its symbolic art and architecture.
Tickets: Tickets are free and available here on the DC Illini website. Space is limited to the first 20 registrants.
When: Friday, June 2, 2017
Time: The tour starts at 1:00 P.M. Please arrive 15 minutes early to make it through security.
Meeting Location: Enter the Library's Thomas Jefferson Building (10 First Street SE) via the carriage entrance on the ground level (located beneath the large exterior staircase). This is the entrance for reserved tours. After clearing secuirty, please continue straight ahead to the Visitor Information Desk where Library staff will greet you. Coat check and restrooms are available on the ground level near the Visitor Information Desk.

Metro: The Thomas Jefferson Building is located in between the Capitol South (Orange/Blue/Silver Lines) and Union Station (Red Line).
