The Capital Area Iowa Club is proud to sponsor the 3rd annual Big Ten Fun Run!  Come to Salt Line DC on April 28 at 10:30am for a fun run with participants from all of the Big Ten alumni clubs in the area.  

Here's some new details and notes for the run! 

​We wanted to share out some more details on what to expect and how to plan. 
 

• Make sure to wear your school colors!  We have approximately 100 people signed up and expect more day so we got to show off our school pride!

• Before we start the run, we’ll attempt to take a group photo.  Please arrive early if you’d like to join in.
• We’ll have a bag check with a couple volunteers at the start of the race.
• We’ll kick off the run at 10:30am on the road in front of Salt Line DC.  We’ve included a map below of the route. 
• The route below is a 5k.  If you want to do a 10k, just take another lap! 
• This is a self-timed run so we will not have timing chips or a clock. 
• After the run, we can enjoy a cool drink at Salt Line.  If it gets too busy, we can do an overflow at Dacha Beer Garden next door which opens at 11am.
