DC Illini: Networking Reception & Annual Meeting

Join us for the Greater Washington DC Illini Club's Networking Reception & Annual Meeting!

Connect with fellow alumni, celebrate our vibrant Illini community, and expand your professional network at our highly anticipated annual event.  Last year's event was limited to 50 attendees due to space limitations.  This year, we have more space for attendees because the rooftop space at the ADM building is now complete.  It will be a fabulous event to kick-off our 2026-2027 networking activities. 

All attendees must obtain a ticket in advance to ensure entry is allowed into ADM's building.  See "Ticket Information" below for more details.  TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY MONDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER.

Event Highlights:

• Networking Opportunities: Forge valuable connections with Illini from across the DC area, representing a wide range of industries and professions.
• Delicious Food: Enjoy a spread of heavy hors d'oevres and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Illini Spirit: Share stories, memories, and your unwavering Illini pride with fellow alumni.
• Short Annual Meeting:  We will vote in the slate of new and returning board members, per our club bylaws.  

Ticket Information:  Tickets are required to reserve your space and add you to the security list for building entry.  Each dues-paying member is eligible for 1 discounted ticket ($5).  Members may add guests by purchasing non-member tickets.  Non-member tickets are $35.  If you're not currently a member, then you can join first ($30, click here to join) and then sign up for the event.  50% of your annual dues fee goes towards our scholarship fund.  

Transportation Information:  Paid parking is available in the building.  Metro Center (Red Line) and McPherson (Blue/Orange/Silver Lines) are also within a few blocks.
